Urban Renaissance Development (URD), was created to address urban infill development with a specific focus on urban housing utilizing modular designs and construction methods whenever possible. URD pursues both multifamily rental and for-sale opportunities.
URD founders have more than 60 years of experience in commercial and investment banking, brokerage, commercial appraisal, consulting, and sourcing, structuring and financing housing opportunities worth more than $700 million. URD is an affiliate of Sanctuary Residential.
Our company values partnerships and seeks to develop joint venture opportunities with cities and counties, colleges and universities, local and state development authorities, and local nonprofits.
